« Mrs. Poptodorova has renovated for us a large old villa in spring 2012. She was recommended to us by a notary. Mrs. Poptodorova has an excellent education and studied at renowned international universities.
We were very satisfied with her work for the following reasons :
First Mrs. Poptodorova. Knows a lot of craftsmen, with which she works closely. Therefore, she manages to get very good offers. The companies like to work with her and work overtime, if it is necessary.
Second Mrs. Poptodorova has a number of very good, original ideas. She manages with few resources to give a house a new atmosphere.
Third She also makes things for which she is not paid. E. G. She drove to a store and bought missing parts. .
4th She keeps closely to the budget. There are no surprises.
5th Mrs. Poptodorova speaks several languages at an excellent level (including English, German, Russian)
6th Mrs. Poptodorova has no large architectural firm, but works without own employees. This should be borne in mind, when given an order. For us this was very pleasant as we had only one contact for everything. »
