« april into may 2014, five weeks, I traveled in the perigord noir, of which the principal city is sarlat, staying in sarlat nine days on the roundabout le pontet south of the restored area. On this roundabout near the train station and that points clearly in several directions are a europcar franchise, le petit mas--friendly and adequate guestrooms--, and a boulangerie-patisserie. Over the five weeks, I sampled a good dozen bakeries. The jean-louis roulland boulangerie-patisserie wins by far, no question. The croissants and the ham and cheese feuillete are exceptionally light, to return to, again and again. The husband chef and his wife behind the counter are an obviously happy and inviting team. »

« Je m'y suis rendu une ou deux fois mais vraiment en dépannage, parceque les viennoiserie ne sont pas très bonne l'accueil non plus d'ailleurs et il n'y pas beaucoup de choix. Ce n'est pas la boulangerie que je recommanderais »
